Refund Policy

At Luminous Keepsakes, every sticker is custom-made specifically for you. Because our products are personalized and created based on your unique photos, wording, and design requests, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for orders due to a change of mind, incorrect information provided by the customer, or dissatisfaction with a design that was approved or created based on the details submitted at checkout.

Since personalized orders require design time and production preparation, we begin working on your order immediately after it is placed.

Non-Bulk Orders

For all other orders, we carefully review each submission and pay close attention to every detail before creating your stickers.

If we notice a potential issue with your order, such as:

  • A possible typo or spelling error
  • Unclear personalization details
  • An image quality concern
  • Difficulty removing the background from your image
  • Anything that may impact the final appearance of your sticker

We will pause production and contact you for clarification before proceeding. We want to make sure your final product is something you love.

Design Proofs for Bulk Orders

For bulk orders (12+ individually sold stickers OR 3+ sticker packs), we provide a design proof before production begins. This allows you to review your design and verify that all photos, text, spelling, and personalization details are correct.

You will have the opportunity to request changes during the proofing process to ensure your design is accurate and meets your expectations before we begin production.

Once the design proof has been approved, your order will move into production and cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.

Damaged or Defective Products

While we take great care in creating and packaging every order, mistakes can occasionally happen. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or there is an error caused by us, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund for the affected item(s).
