⏰ Production Time: 

After placing your order, we’ll create your personalized design and ship it within 1-3 business days. 

For bulk orders once you approve your design, your keepsake will be created and shipped within 1–3 business days.

📦 Shipping: 

Orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 3–5 business days after USPS receives your package. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. We offer free standard shipping on orders $50 and up. We also offer free express shipping on orders $99 and up.

🖼️ Design Proof: 

For bulk orders (12+ individually sold stickers) we will email you a design proof within 1–2 days for your review. You’ll have 3 days to verify your design and confirm your photos, wording, and personalization details are correct.

No response after 3 days? Your order will move into production using the information you provided to avoid delays.

Rush Orders ✨

Need your custom stickers sooner for an upcoming event? We understand that some moments can’t wait, and we’re happy to offer rush processing whenever possible.

To request a rush order, please first place your order through our website and then email us with the subject line “RUSH ORDER” so we can identify your request immediately.

In your email, please include your order number, event date, and the date you need your stickers by. We will review your request and, if we are able to accommodate your timeline, we will send you a rush order invoice for the additional processing fee.

Once the rush fee has been paid, your order will be prioritized and will ship within 1 business day after payment is received.

Please note that rush processing only applies to the time it takes us to create and prepare your order. Shipping times are still dependent on the selected shipping method and carrier delivery times. While we will do our best to meet your requested timeline, we cannot guarantee delivery dates due to factors outside of our control, including carrier delays. We offer standard and express shipping options. Express shipping is free for orders $99 and up.

We recommend reaching out as soon as possible if you have an upcoming event deadline so we can help make sure your stickers arrive in time. ✨

🚚 Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped and handed over to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, stolen, or misdirected by USPS or any other shipping carrier. We provide tracking information for all shipped orders so you can monitor your package’s progress.

If your package appears to be lost or has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request additional assistance. We are happy to provide any order or tracking details needed to help with the process.

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
